Andy and his team built from foundations upwards our four bedroom oak-framed house. This included working with the oak–frame providers and managing their works on our behalf. There was, in addition, a standalone garage with office above. Andy also carried out the build of a substantial patio under which they installed a large rainwater harvester tank and built a large “natural swimming pond”.

Throughout the build Andy managed the project with great professionalism and attention to detail. The oak frame builders were highly complimentary of how accurate were the foundations and footings for their frame. There are many other illustrations of his successful attention to detail.

The project was managed well to time and budget and due to Andy’s friendly personality and expertise both my wife and myself were given a “worry free” delivery of the project.

The finished building is just as good as we had hoped our new home would be.

I awarded a domestic construction project to AS Keogh Construction Ltd in Q3, 2011, following that company winning a competitive bidding process with two other local firms.

The selection process was not based only on price but included an assessment of project management and technical skills available to the project.

The project required working to and liaison with architects and structural engineer’s drawings and specifications as well as full liaison with Local Authority planning personnel.

Andrew Keogh proved in his execution of our work, his depth of training and high levels of know-how in all facets of the building process creating of a substantial extension to the kitchen of our property, creating a high quality garden room integrated with the original kitchen. Certain modifications to the fabric of the existing property were required.

He planned the project using accepted Gantt chart methods and used that tool to monitor all activities through to completion.

He was able to assemble a team of tradesmen who both accepted fully his leadership and demonstrated high levels of trade skills. Their on-site behaviour was quiet and exemplary

Andrew demonstrated a high degree of initiative throughout the project and confronted issues head-on whilst always remaining calm and interested a closing out the project on-time and to cost.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy for such future work
